Medical Plans

The company offers a high deductible Health Insurance plan through Medical Mutual. The company FULLY funds the deductible through an HSA plan. For example, a family deductible is $6,000/year under the Plan. The company will fund the HSA account up to that amount if needed. The employee pays 25% of the monthly insurance premium through a Section 125 payroll deduction.

Dental

Dental Insurance is provided under Medical Mutual. It covers two cleanings per year and pays 45% of most basic services up to $1500. The employee only contributes 25% of the monthly insurance premium through a Section 125 payroll deduction.

Life Insurance

The company provides Life Insurance for your first $50,000 and additional coverage options are available at reasonable rates.

Holiday Pay

The company observes Ten paid Holidays per year.
